Insight TPS (Transportation Planning System) is an application that addresses the need for planning in warehouse management and its related transportation services. ITPS allows you to deliver all, or part of your orders to your customers distributing them among your available vehicles; designing the most efficient routes. Our state of the art system gathers the geographic locations of each depot and drop to generate actual driving distances and speeds in optimizing scheduled routes. TPS then utilizes other variables such as tractors/drivers operating costs, maximum drive and shift times to assign a resource combination most efficient to any given route.

Combined with full visual mapping features (via mapquest graphics engine) as well as route balancing and prioritizing, Insight’s Transportation Management System comes with a full SQL based reporting system that allows the user to monitor specific route and shipment stats, costs, and unmatched orders etc. The software supports easy data transfer utilizing MS Office import/export, drag and click interface and can be implemented effectively in a very short time frame.
